Track your case

Track the status of your Vehicle Inspection Form and download it here by entering your case number as it appears on the top right of your Vehicle Import Form along with by the last 6 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). For paperless entries submitted by your certified customs broker, the case number will be located on the border confirmation email that is automatically generated when the vehicle is released by the Canadian Border Services Agency

Once payment and all required documentation is received, the RIV Inspection Form will be available to print online. Required documentation may include the Vehicle Import Form (for paper entries) and recall clearance.
